Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shoppil.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup within 1–3 business days.

 

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging, seals, and tags must be intact
  • Must be returned in original shipping box

 

Return Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A return handling fee of AED 18 applies

 

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The item has been used or damaged
  • Packaging is missing or tampered with

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Do not refuse the package — accept it
  • Email us your order number and clear photos of the issue

Our team will assess and offer a resolution (replacement, refund, or return).

 

Complimentary Gifts

Items with complimentary gifts are not returnable if:

  • The gift or product has been opened
  • Packaging has been tampered with
