Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@shoppil.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup within 1–3 business days.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging, seals, and tags must be intact
- Must be returned in original shipping box
Return Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A return handling fee of AED 18 applies
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- The item has been used or damaged
- Packaging is missing or tampered with
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do not refuse the package — accept it
- Email us your order number and clear photos of the issue
Our team will assess and offer a resolution (replacement, refund, or return).
Complimentary Gifts
Items with complimentary gifts are not returnable if:
- The gift or product has been opened
- Packaging has been tampered with
